Agreement between the photographer and model for the production of photographic material.

All photographic production will be joint ownership between the photographer and the model, as per the undersigned. It is clearly understood that both parties will have full publication writes to all images for promotional and non commercial displays, including personal portfolio presentations. No photographic material may be made available for commercial publication without the consent of both parties.

It is understood that the copyright must remain in both the undersigned names and rights to all material can not be assigned to any other party without the written permission of both parties.

This form will give both the photographer and the model the authority to use all of the photos for personal promotion, (eg: your display portfolio and web-site) but also protect both parties from having their work published without receiving any rewards for it.
